Dear Guests,<\/strong><\/p>

Welcome to Hotel Hamburg Nord<\/strong>! To ensure a pleasant and smooth stay, please read and observe the following house rules.<\/p>

Check-in & Check-out<\/strong><\/h3>

Check-in is fully automated. On the day of arrival, you will receive your personal access code<\/strong> by email or WhatsApp. Use it to open your room door yourself\u2014there is no on-site reception.<\/p>

  • Self Check-in:<\/strong> from 14:00<\/li>
  • Self Check-out:<\/strong> by 11:00 at the latest<\/li><\/ul>

    Please vacate your room on time unless otherwise agreed. The door locks automatically when you leave.<\/p>

    Rooms & Amenities<\/strong><\/h3>

    Our rooms are modern and feature comfortable box-spring beds, a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, desk, free Wi-Fi, fresh towels, hairdryer, and toiletries.<\/p>

    Please do not dispose of hygiene products in the toilet\u2014use the sanitary bin provided in the bathroom. For safety reasons, electrical devices such as hotplates or space heaters<\/strong> may not be used.<\/p>

    Use of the Wi-Fi must comply with applicable data protection and youth protection laws.<\/p>

    Quiet Hours & Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>

    From 22:00<\/strong>, please keep noise to a minimum throughout the building and on the outdoor premises. Be considerate of other guests.<\/p>

    Prohibited:<\/p>

    • Noise, loud music, or parties in the room<\/li>
    • Sitting on or leaning out of windows<\/li>
    • Blocking or improper use of emergency exits<\/li><\/ul>

      Access to the building is possible around the clock with your personal code. Public areas are under video surveillance.<\/p>

      Visitors & Safety<\/strong><\/h3>

      Visitors are permitted only after prior registration via our digital system. Carrying weapons<\/strong> or the consumption of illegal substances<\/strong> will result in immediate expulsion and notification of the authorities.<\/p>

      Smoking<\/strong><\/h3>

      Smoking is not permitted<\/strong> anywhere inside the building. In case of violations, we charge a cleaning fee of \u20ac250<\/strong>. Tampering with smoke detectors or other safety equipment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.<\/p>

      In Case of Emergency<\/strong><\/h3>

      If an alarm sounds, please leave the building immediately via the marked escape routes. Take only what is necessary (shoes, jacket, valuables) and do not re-enter your room.<\/p>

      Parking<\/strong><\/h3>

      Parking is available directly at the hotel.<\/strong><\/p>

      Serious violations of these house rules or instructions from our staff will result in expulsion from the premises\u2014refunds of payments already made are excluded in such cases.<\/p>
