House Rules
Dear Guests,
Welcome to Hotel Hamburg Nord! To ensure a pleasant and smooth stay, please read and observe the following house rules.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is fully automated. On the day of arrival, you will receive your personal access code by email or WhatsApp. Use it to open your room door yourself—there is no on-site reception.
- Self Check-in: from 14:00
- Self Check-out: by 11:00 at the latest
Please vacate your room on time unless otherwise agreed. The door locks automatically when you leave.
Rooms & Amenities
Our rooms are modern and feature comfortable box-spring beds, a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, desk, free Wi-Fi, fresh towels, hairdryer, and toiletries.
Please do not dispose of hygiene products in the toilet—use the sanitary bin provided in the bathroom. For safety reasons, electrical devices such as hotplates or space heaters may not be used.
Use of the Wi-Fi must comply with applicable data protection and youth protection laws.
Quiet Hours & Conduct
From 22:00, please keep noise to a minimum throughout the building and on the outdoor premises. Be considerate of other guests.
Prohibited:
- Noise, loud music, or parties in the room
- Sitting on or leaning out of windows
- Blocking or improper use of emergency exits
Access to the building is possible around the clock with your personal code. Public areas are under video surveillance.
Visitors & Safety
Visitors are permitted only after prior registration via our digital system. Carrying weapons or the consumption of illegal substances will result in immediate expulsion and notification of the authorities.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. In case of violations, we charge a cleaning fee of €250. Tampering with smoke detectors or other safety equipment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
In Case of Emergency
If an alarm sounds, please leave the building immediately via the marked escape routes. Take only what is necessary (shoes, jacket, valuables) and do not re-enter your room.
Parking
Parking is available directly at the hotel.

The hotel assumes no liability for lost or unattended valuables. Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply—available online or on request.
Please note:
Serious violations of these house rules or instructions from our staff will result in expulsion from the premises—refunds of payments already made are excluded in such cases.
